The Adelaide Motorsport Festival is a full weekend of family-friendly fun for all ages. The on-track schedule is jam-packed, and off the track there is plenty to keep everyone entertained.

There are food trucks catering to all tastes, and the Applewood Gin Bar serves quality local spirits and wines accompanied by live music.

TrackFest! By Horsepower Crew brings a 100-car show and shine, with trade displays and family entertainment, and a different theme each day – chrome bumper Saturday and 80s, 90s and Beyond for the Sunday.

The Shannons Super Rig is rolling in, with its motoring enthusiast experience comprising driving simulators, gaming consoles, memorabilia displays and the viewing deck with barbecue facilities up top. And of course, you can see the famous Goggomobil.

Penrite Oil come with their own show & shine, a huge display covering all manner of motorsport, large and small.

Porsche will celebrate 70 years of manufacturing at the Adelaide Motorsport Festival with the Porsche in Motion experiential roadshow. Consisting of two sleek expanding “pods” that convert into a mobile showroom and a brand experience centre. Each pod is 10 metres long and three metres high while it is being towed by matching Cayenne SUVs, expanding hydraulically to five metres high when they reach their destination.

You can talk to a Porsche expert, build your dream Porsche, and experience the thrill of driving the 911 in a virtual reality hot-lap. While the adults explore the Porsche range, the kids can learn about road safety in the Porsche Kids’ Driving School, driving pedal-powered versions of the iconic 911 on a purpose-built track.

There are trade stands, static displays, engine startups from drag cars, and more than 700 cars to see, including all of the Adelaide Rally entrants. Plus, see the latest models from prestige auto manufacturers.

Above all, AMF aims to make motorsport accessible to all. The pit paddock areas are all open to the public, giving people the chance to see and hear the incredible array of machinery up close, talk to the drivers and really discover what it’s all about.
