Boutsen (pictured above) drove the 1990 Benetton B190 Ford – the 1989 Australian Grand Prix-winning driver in the 1990 Australian Grand Prix-winning car. The 2025 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival marks the first time Boutsen has been back in Adelaide since he last raced a grand prix here in 1992.

Hill was reunited with his Formula 1 car, the Brabham BT60B Judd, the last Brabham grand prix car. Brabham folded following the 1992 Hungarian Grand Prix, meaning the team and the BT60B never made it to the season-ending Australian Grand Prix in Adelaide, so the drive at the 2025 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival was the first for Hill in the car in Adelaide and the first time he has driven a grand prix car in Adelaide since his win in 1995.

Brabham got back behind the wheel of the Brabham BT59 he drove in the 1990 Australian Grand Prix, 35 years later at the 2025 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival.

Brabham was one of only two Australians to race in an Australian Grand Prix in Adelaide, along with Alan Jones. Brabham completed his first Formula 1 season driving the BT59 in Adelaide, for the team founded by his father, three-time world champion Sir Jack Brabham.

The cars will be on track in the Formula 1 categories across the 2025 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival.
